Welcome to Rennsport Market, an online advertising platform dedicated to race cars, competition vehicles and related motorsport vehicles offered for sale.

Rennsport Market is operated by Rennsport Media & Marketing, based in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us” or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of rennsport.market, including account registration, vehicle advertisements, uploaded photographs, messaging features and paid advertising services.

By creating an account, submitting an advertisement, purchasing a listing or using the website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use paid services. If you are using Rennsport Market on behalf of a business, team or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf.

2. Our Role as an Advertising Platform

Rennsport Market provides an online platform through which sellers can advertise race cars for sale and prospective buyers can discover vehicles and contact advertisers.

Rennsport Market is an advertising platform, not a vehicle dealership, broker or party to the sale of an advertised vehicle.

4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for the advertisements they create, the photographs they upload and the information they provide through Rennsport Market.

By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

4.1 Vehicle Accuracy and Condition

You are responsible for ensuring that you are entitled to publish any contact details you supply. Consider carefully whether you wish to display a personal telephone number, email address, business address or other identifying information publicly.

We may remove or restrict contact information where reasonably necessary to address privacy concerns, misuse or a breach of these Terms.

5. Photographs, Media and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photographs, descriptions and other content you upload, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.

By uploading content to Rennsport Market, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, format, display, distribute and otherwise use that content to the extent reasonably necessary to:

6. Paid Listings and Advertising Fees

Rennsport Market charges sellers for listings and other advertising services as displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Before completing a purchase, you should review the applicable price, listing duration, advertising package and any additional features included.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, advertising fees are charged for the advertising service provided by Rennsport Market, not for the sale of the vehicle itself.

6.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

By purchasing a paid listing, you agree to provide the information required to complete the transaction and to comply with the applicable payment provider's terms.

We do not intend to store full payment card details on our own systems. Payment processing is subject to the applicable Stripe services and security arrangements.

6.2 Listing Publication and Duration

A listing becomes eligible for publication after the applicable payment has been successfully confirmed and the listing has passed any checks we consider necessary.

Payment does not guarantee immediate publication, a particular position in search results, a minimum number of enquiries, a vehicle sale or any particular commercial outcome.

We may temporarily delay publication where we need to investigate a payment, review an advertisement, address a technical issue or assess a potential breach of these Terms.

The listing duration and any renewal arrangements will be those shown when you purchase the service. We will not represent a listing as having a particular duration or renewal arrangement unless that arrangement applies to the service purchased.

6.3 Refunds and Cancellations

If you purchase an advertising service, the applicable cancellation rights depend on the nature of the service, your status as a consumer or business customer, the timing of your request and applicable law.

If you are a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation rights when purchasing online. Whether those rights apply, and how they operate once an advertising service has begun, depends on the relevant circumstances and legal requirements.

Where applicable, we will provide the required pre-contract information and obtain any necessary express request or acknowledgement before beginning a service during a statutory cancellation period.

Where a refund is due, we will process it in accordance with applicable law and the relevant payment arrangements. Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where a listing has been removed or suspended because of a breach of these Terms, any refund will be assessed in light of the circumstances, the service provided and applicable law. A breach does not automatically entitle a seller to a refund, but neither does it remove any refund right that the law provides.

6.4 Failed Payments and Chargebacks

If a payment fails, is reversed or is subject to a chargeback, we may suspend the affected paid service while the matter is investigated.

We may request reasonable information to verify a transaction or respond to a payment dispute.

We will not use these provisions to prevent you from exercising any lawful right to dispute a payment.

7. Buyers and Vehicle Enquiries

Visitors may browse advertisements and contact sellers through the features made available on Rennsport Market.

Buyers are responsible for making their own enquiries and taking appropriate steps before purchasing a vehicle.

We do not guarantee that every advertisement, photograph, statement or seller will be independently verified before publication. An advertisement appearing on Rennsport Market should not be treated as an endorsement, certification or guarantee by us.

9.1 Reporting a Listing

Nothing in this section removes any legal right you may have to challenge a decision or bring a claim where permitted by law.

10. Removal, Suspension and Termination

We may remove, restrict or suspend an advertisement or account where we reasonably consider it necessary to:

Our efforts to review advertisements do not constitute a warranty that all information is correct or that all potentially misleading or unlawful content will be identified before publication.

We will nevertheless take reasonable and appropriate action when we become aware of issues requiring attention, subject to applicable law.

12.2 Transactions Between Users

Any agreement to purchase or sell a vehicle is between the relevant parties.

We are not responsible for a seller's failure to deliver a vehicle, a buyer's failure to pay, the condition of a vehicle, disputes over ownership or the parties' failure to comply with their separate sale agreement, except to the extent that liability arises from our own acts or omissions or is otherwise imposed on us by law.

We do not provide an escrow service, vehicle inspection service, mechanical warranty or guarantee of payment unless we expressly state otherwise.

12.3 Liability to the Extent Permitted by Law

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of anticipated profits, loss of business opportunities or losses arising from transactions between users, where such losses are not legally recoverable from us.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
